hey! I'VE COME BACK TO MY HOUSE! finally i've got over the camp! ATC! it is fun and tiring of course. but i did enjoy myself at there. although we get alot of scolding by the HOs over there, but it is to train us. haha. my tentnies and groupies they are cool people. my groupies especially! they have been working unitedly together as a team. haha. they are just cools! my sir? he is FUN! COOL! but when he is serious that's the end of you. haha. SIR ADRAIN! ADRIAN'S COMPANY! yeah! that's our group names. haha. rock man! ATC! 8/9/2006-friday on the first day, our school is the last one to reach pulau ubin. when we've reached there of course we would be seperated to pur own respective groups. we did not did much activities on the first day as we were late. when the groups is sorted out with other group members from other schools, we were seperated to our own tenties member-girl on one side and guys on the other side. after that, we were told to collect the tools for pitching a tent. when our tent is erected into positions, we fall in back and they went on with their distributions of rations. after we have our dinner, they gave us some lecturing-rules and regulations. what is expected of us. after that we went to our own groups and play ice-breaking games. we have some fun with the rest of thegroups members and our sir. after that, we went to the canteen and learn some cheers for the campfire night. we were gathered with the sec3s. they were silent. but they are hyper. few hours later, we went to "bed" or we should just call tents to have the lights off by 12am. 9/9/2006-saturday on the second day, we woke up at the time of 5.30am. but all of us woke up at around 3am. this is because that we couldn't sleep at that day. some of them also woke up at around 1-4 as they have their sentry duty on. haha.it is kind of relax as we don't need to patrol around the campsites. phew~! that was lucky cause it is huge-the campsite. after that we have our P.T. it was pretty tough. we have the push-ups and other more types of warm-ups and exercises. after that we have to gather again and collect our rations for cooking our breakfast. after the breakfast we have the cleaning up of course. after that group7, 8 and 9 which is my group(9) set off for our ATF. it was so boring we went to learn how to tie some lashings. i was down there catching a nap whenevr i can. hais. so boring. we also must built a structure with the lashings that we've learn. bing jie-a guy from chai chee said that we can build a structure for hanging clothes. so we build it. BUT... at that very last moment. our structure FALLS! but our group leader and also sir said that never mind. just tell the judges that our structure meant to be like this. haha.that was really funny. we told them that this is for baby balancing. cause it looks like one. haha.they believe of course. lol we set off for our lunch after that. just after that we are all very tired and sleepy. haha.after lunch clearing up as usual. den after that we went to play some games. like-rock climbing, dark maze and low lying ropes. we played the low-lying ropes first. we have to balanced on it and there are two surpporters there to surpport you from falling onto the ground. i did it. it was happy of course. after that we went to play rock climbing. it was my first time. but i managed to climb to the top. there is some difficulties at first but i managed to pull myself together. so i did it. yes i did it. after that we went to play the dark maze. it was a total darkness. i only can see a glimpse of light coming from my back. as i am the last person. i thought it was dry only and we have to just walk. but instead, i know that, there are waters on the ground and we still need to bend down to complete it. there are also holes for euu to crawl in. but we managed to go out. haha.that was a cool team spirit. after that we went for another cycle that is to have a tour around the pulau ubin. i don't wish to mention it cause i was boring. not only that it is also raining at that time. haha. then we went to have our dinner and we have our programmes for the campfire. at around 8+ think so there is no clock and watch around me. we have the campfire! it was kind of boring actually.but, it is interesting. yup...it is indeed. cause i really got to sit around a campfire with a circles of friends from different schools. not only that, there is also a real fire.haha. |
